Joint booth concept of idealworks and BÄR Automation at LogiMAT 2025

/ 2 min read

Munich, 06.03.2025 – BÄR Automation and idealworks, both part of the Agile Robots Group, will showcase their latest automation solutions for intralogistics at LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart from March 11 to 13. Attendees can expect to see multiple innovations making their debut at booth 8D37 in hall 8.

LogiMAT is Europe's largest annual intralogistics trade fair, providing a comprehensive overview of the entire industry. With more than 60,000 trade visitors in attendance last year, it's the ideal platform for product launches. Both BÄR Automation and idealworks are showcasing multiple innovations and presenting a stage agenda that ranges from practical presentations to panel discussions.

BÄR Automation will show the ConTrax® Forklift AGV and the ConTrax® TrolleyFlex Adapter for the first time. The ConTrax® Forklift AGV boasts a load capacity of up to 1,5 tons and a lifting height of 3 meters. It combines the benefits of a counterbalance truck with cantilevered forks and the compact design of an autonomous low-lift trolley. Omnidirectional movements provide exceptional maneuverability in tight spaces – all while adhering to the highest efficiency and safety requirements.

The ConTrax® TrolleyFlex adapter optimizes the material flow by enabling the seamless integration of existing trolleys into automated transport systems. It features a clampable device that functions like a modular trailer coupling, specifically designed for the AGV ConTrax Module One. This enables precise lifting, surface-level pushing, and movement, even on ramps.

The ConTrax® Robotic System will also be showcased. This mobile robotic platform, developed by BÄR Automation and Agile Robots, improves AGV and robotic arm collaboration via modular decoupling and features the TÜV-certified cobot Yu 5 Industrial.

idealworks’ booth is centered around its robotics ecosystem approach, with the intelligent automation platform AnyFleet at its core. The user-centric platform, which enables collaboration between humans, computer systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), heterogeneous fleets of mobile robots, and other peripheral devices, is at the forefront of industrial automation and fleet management.

To showcase the robotics ecosystem’s capabilities across specific industries, idealworks is focusing on three key application areas: automotive, manufacturing, as well as logistics and warehousing. A collection of real-world success stories will also be available. Long-term technology partners such as NVIDIA and inmind.ai are also present.

Those eager to see AnyFleet’s hardware-agnostic approach in action are invited to head to the AnyFleet Arena in the foyer at the East Entrance (Booth EO05), where AnyFleet seamlessly integrates various mobile robots as a central automation platform based on the communication interface VDA 5050.

Booth visitors can explore how these automation solutions can be used effectively in industry and logistics. The teams from BÄR Automation, idealworks and Agile Robots are looking forward to their visit.
